Rest
Holy, not lazy
Rest is not the opposite of work. It is part of faithfulness.
“It is in vain that you rise up early and go late to rest, eating the bread of anxious toil; for he gives to his beloved sleep.” (Psalm 127:2 (ESV)
Guilt treats rest like laziness. Scripture treats sleep and Sabbath as gifts from God, not prizes you earn after burning out.
When your brain is loud (ADHD, caregiving, travel, launch season), the kind move is often smaller than you think: close the laptop, take a walk, pray one honest sentence, nap if you can, then take the next small faithful step, not the whole mountain.
You do not have to optimize your way into worth. Rest, then move gently. That is enough for today.
